The CMOS Vision CMV-XVGA Camera is FPGA based. This camera is customer programmable allowing the maximum flexibility for the individual customers to design the desired processing capabilities into the camera. The family has a user expandable Image Processing Pipeline. This expandability leads to endless application specific functionalities to be added in.

The CMV-XVGA Camera is in field re-programmable via USB 2.0 interface.

The application specific real-time image processing of the CMV-XVGA Array Camera can easily be implemented by the user. CMOS Vision is also ready to do the development.
